    I'm level 106. Been playing since day 1 and am casual. Many of the people I play with are 150 and higher.

    Their dot went faint because of the safezone.

    Yes it is an issue. You can also fix the problem by fleeing your horse and waiting the 30 seconds or whatever it is and calling your horse back. This works for me and I dont have to go to a stable.
