I was getting disconnected like twice every half hour. The port forwarding, dns changes and clearing cache etc from their support page helped a bit but advice I found from a comment somewhere lowered it to around two disconnects every four hours.... Start up in Story mode and switch to Online from there. No idea how but it works for me. Xbox, America. Dl speed 109.07 mbps , Up 11.37 mbps Packet loss 0%, Mtu 1480, Latency 62ms
