In rdr1 there was an option to join servers that had auto aim off completely for everyone. That should be for rdr2 too.

Was hoping for dedicated servers with custom gameplay like the life servers for arma 3. Im guessing that might be a problem since the online structure is very different than arma 3. Was also hoping to fiddle with gun sounds and for fun have some old spagetti western over the top sounds. Sounds in rdr2 are good though, but for fun.

If a game that is also out on the ps4 console will probably work fine with the usb charger cable attached to the controller. You have to start the controller without starting the ps4. I had no need to install anything using the ps4 controller on pc with assassins creed origins and are thinking the same for rdr2.

Hello. I am struggeling finding an options menu for online pc play. Im pretty sure im missing out on it because I do not know how to form a posse. On ps4 console there was a little button, middle right, that you could either tap or hold and you got 2 different menus. Thats where you could form a posse or info on the current posses on the server you were on. I find no menu other than the standard main menu when you hit esc key. Would appreciate very much if someone could give me help on this.

In rdr2 ps4 the greifers were everwhere. If someone saw me they had to shoot, at least thats my impression. Online pc version is a whole different experience, at least for me. I almost never get griefed or killed, happens of course but not much compared to console.

Thanks for reply. I will check that menu and see if it can be scrolled down further, havent tried that. I too like this mode, trading and delivery. I attacked a wagon that had 4 players with them. Killed them with deadeye but they of course got me and ganked me good and long for the wagon to escape again. Will there only be rockstar servers and never dedicated servers to have custom playmodes like the life servers on arma3?

Hello. How do you get other people join your delivery run? Do they have to be in your posse? How do you even create a posse in game? In help option in menu it says there are an online options in the player tab but I find noooo online option in the player tab. Frustrating because I think I might miss out on things. Even says you can change char appereance in the player tab but I only see "deleting your char" in player tab. I think I might be oblivious to that there might be an option button for online outside the normal esc key to menus. Help......thanks.
