I have to admit I loved the SP game, and really like online (when it works), however between the inability to spawn a camp (or keep it spawned) and the complete lack of animals, the game is unplayable. At present I am over level 130, but just cannot bring myself to play. R* PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP! I rode from Blackwater to the far end of Big Valley and saw NO game animals ( a couple of song birds hardly counts as wildlife)! I then spent another 10 minutes riding around and aside from the odd raven flying in the distance the only thing I saw was a pile of NPC's. I am invested in the Trader role and have little interest in the others (however I did max rank them all) and I have resorted to riding around with the metal detector not because I want to find things for the Collector role but out of boredom. There used to be a risk to this activity as a cougar or grizzly could get the jump on you, but with the current state of affairs there is no danger of that. If CPU usage is an issue, may I suggest the following: -Reduce the number of "Free Roam" notifications, let people go into the menu to select them, or at least allow us to turn them off -Cut back on some of the unneeded actions/code (i.e. horses could poop 1/3 of the time they do now and no one would care) -Reduce the number of players in a lobby -Reduce the number of NPC's, there literally are more NPC's than animals at present (by a significant multiple). In short, although the new update is fun to play, the current state of the game makes it frustrating and I no longer spend my time with it. I would like to be able to come back, but if the game is playing the way it was intended, then I (and I suspect many others) will move on to other games. It is my wish that R* fixes this ASAP (so the Trader role is again viable and fun), but understand if they want to take the game in a different direction. -
