My brother and I joined during small lobbies after deciding to take a break from ESO. We don't care for PVP just enjoy exploring, hunting and doing the roles with little stress. Since player count increased you are constantly being disconnected probably 3-4 times an evening from Naturalist legendary hunt 3 out of five in 2 days, being kicked just randomly and almost always if you jump to your camp.
