You really believe that? Rockstar isn't known for "Fast-paced" fixes/updates or content for that matter but it will be fixed eventually sooner that later most likely. I'm not using a PS4 so maybe i don't have any room to talk but be patient, it will probably be patched when online drops but that just what i think. Also implying that they don't care about a major problem in a game that they almost spent a decade making is silly.
