I've been busy documenting all the locations I can on an interactive map - figure some people here might find it useful: https://rdr2map.com/ 
Let me know if there's a particular category people are interested in, and I can prioritize mapping those out.

That is pretty cool. I'll let you know if I come across anything but I usually just freeball games until I get stuck for an extended period of time. Then I'll look for help lol
