Rdr2 graphics blurry PS4 Pro

Yes, I think so. I wrote a ticket now about this issue. For me, the sharpen slider is there if I switching from 1080p to 2160p without restarting the game. The slider is not working for me in 2160p. When I restert the game the slider is not their.

Found this on gamefaqs. I’m no longer near my PS4. Can anyone try it and see if it works?

1. BEFORE starting the game, set PS4 Pro to 1080p
2. While ingame, set PS4 pro to 2160p RGB
3. Go to Display Menu (notice a new setting called sharpness that was not their before)
4. Enjoy the game how it was meant to look

Already tried.

 

Nothing happens and the same problem remains. 😔

Weird! I don’t think the other gamers are lying so no doubt another bug. I’ve officially spent more time troubleshooting and seeking help than I have playing the game. Shame.

Ok I went ahead and tried and it worked for me. Setting is already to max though. Turning it down to zero and the game looks even worse!! What heck is going on!

Now I'm not that sure if it works or not... If that improves the image I don't realise about it, at least in my case.

The setting appeared but I see the game as usual.

Same as you I'm spending more time trying to solve the problem than playing.

I think I'm getting paranoid with this game.

It doesn't change anything for the blur it still happening regardless of any setting.

The sharpness slider can help but won't fix anything, we need a patch to fix resolution, multisampling, anti-aliasing, motion blur (change level), depth of field, true HDR;

No, there are problems at 1080p too, just mentioned them.

I play at 1080p and im not playing the game.

I have seen comments about people getting headaches and figured they were exaggerating but man was I wrong about that. I got one today from seeing all the blur and was totally fine before I started playing and had to stop after just half an hour.

No problem. I am experiencing small discomfort while playing. It would not be a bad idea to return game.... Claiming it is broken. But would have to involve more people. BTW I am in.

THIS IS PATHETIC. This should’ve been an xbox1x EXCLUSIVE. Because either it wasn’t ready.... or the PS4 just can’t handle it at all and it’s maxed out (I don’t believe that)

seriously my worst video game experience... and I played E.T. For the Atari 2600... I’m old school.

No problem I've had two tickets in so far also hopefully they can't just ignore this with all the coverage it's getting, better they patch it now before the online comes out or all there efforts will be on that.

Hi guys, I dont know if my problem is the same as yours (maybe partially), but I have a blurry "aura" around my character when I move camera around and the same thing happens around other moving characters. This is my first game on PS4 Pro, I got the package with RDR2 and am playing on older 1080i LG TV. Any of you have the same problem?

Maybe a good idea if loads of us do that to just so it right in there faces. Loving the game just a pitty I'm no really doing any story missions because I'm waiting for the patch.

Yes, that is motion blur, there's no option to disable it.
