I'm not sure why, but when I whistle for my horse, he takes three to five steps and then stops. I have to keep whistling and whistling and whistling, and eventually he will take three or four more steps and then stop again.  Now I just say screw it, and run to him. Anyone else having this problem? He's a very short distance from me when I whistle for him, he's well in range. I see this is a major issue if I have to get out of somewhere in a hurry!

This is in addition to another problem I have with my horse... when I'm riding my horse, if I want to steer left I obviously push to the left with my analog stick. If I want to turn right, I push to the right. Riding the horse in a forward Direction  is no problem. However when I am at a dead stop, and just want to turn my horse around 180 degrees, for some reason I have to push the opposite direction. And even at that, he only turns 90 degrees... if I want to finish the turn the other 90 degrees, I have to push the analog stick in the opposite direction to finish the turn. What gives? This is a brand new PS4 slim that I got night so it is not the controller. Any help is appreciated!

I think the whistling will get better as time goes on with the bonding and everything. I don't play Assassin's Creed so I can't really compare it to that. All I know is that my horse only turns around 90° and then starts going the opposite direction when I try and turn it around. I'd rather have the horse from the original Red Dead Redemption. They were dumber than a bag of hammers, but at least they came when you whistled LMAO
