Im looking for perfect sheep hide and it is not big horn sheep i have taken cut hides and a full carcass and it is not it id like to get the  trappers cloak

Use the binoculars when you see an animal. If they have 3 stars then use your bow to kill it, which will give you a perfect pelt. Anything less than 3 stars won't.

I do know that and all my pelts was top quality it just does not count at sheep hide it is counted as big horn hide

They are two different animals. You need to find sheep.

Hard to find images on the net but I'll see if I can find a sheep later and let you know. I know it says Bighorn sheep but I think there are normal sheep around which may be what you need.

On the subject of the trapper shop. I craft the legendary bear head hat. But took it off cause why where that in around Valentine. I went up to the mountains to search for the white Arabian horse and could not figure a way to put it back on or any warm clothes.  Where do u change clothes u previously had? Cause I would really like to keep that bear hat.. bragging rights...lol

In your camp or hotel room. If you want to change to warm clothes while out in the wilderness you need to have previously created custom outfits at your camp, which are then available through the items wheel on your horse at any time.

They are in the auction yard in valentine. Check which ones are 3* by using LT/L2 and you can kill them and skin them, but it's hard here. You will get a wanted level and the town will come after you so you need to have your horse ready etc and be prepared for that.
