Hunting Requests Bugged?

Anyone else having issues mailing the perfect carcasses of the animals for the Hunting Requests?

I've captured 3 perfect rabbit carcasses.  I've skinned them, I've left them unskinned, I've tried to mail them within less than 2 minutes of killing them, I've tired holding the rabbit, I've tried leaving it on the horse, but I just cannot mail the damn thing.  The option to mail is all greyed out.

I've googled for answers and there's similar people having these problems.

Is anyone here experiencing this??

I have a similar problem.  I assumed you needed the squirrel and rabbit both together simultaneously to send in one package, which makes some sense, I guess.  It's a real pain getting perfect squirrel and rabbit carcasses before one or the other deteriorates.

You need them both at the same time in you satchel / horse. Not skinned, but the full carcass.
