Stables showing apostrophe?

Hi there all, I’m hoping this is a simple one but I can’t find anything on this, I’m at chapter 3 and for a while now the stables have been locked is the best way to put it, on the map the stable symbol shows an apostrophe? I go to the stable and nothing happens at all, can’t buy sell anything, I’ve been doing all missions hoping this maybe the reason but it seems this is going on far to long, any help info would be greatly appreciated, many thanks.

I had the same problem. Except mine had a little picture of a number 2 on it. It happened for about an hour of gameplay time for me, and all of a sudden I was able to go back in and do all my business in the Stables. Try waiting it out a little longer hopefully that will be what happens for you.
