Side Missions (Spoilers)

I finished the main story of the game, but it turns out I started the "Noblest of Men, and a Woman" mission and I never completed it. I'm now playing as John Marston and I can't seem to figure out how to start the mission over.  I've checked under the progress, the challenges, the story and the only possible way I can think of, is starting a whole new game. I don't want to do that so if anyone knows or has any suggestions please let me know.

If the mission pertains to the story in anyway, you will have to go through the game again to play it. 

This is the kind of game you will likely want to play through at least two times to complete everything.
