Bug: Horse Stats Incorrect

Has anybody else experienced this problem. I rushed to buy an expensive saddle, but the stats are incorrect on the start menu when I equip it. I've notice many other saddles are also missing their stats. It looks like stirrups might be incorrect too. Here's a recording to show what I am talking about.

Yep, I noticed the same thing. Upgraded to the best stirrups but when I check the horse stats on the stats page later the stats afforded by the stirrups are incorrect.

Do the new stats reflect within the horse itself? I never noticed this but I will pay attention when I play tonight. I always noticed my horses improving with upgrades so I never really paid much attention to the stat changes.
