PRE-ORDERED CODES NOT WORKING FOR PHYSICAL COPY!

Is there anyone else that pre-ordered the physical copy of the game and couldn't redeem the PSN codes for the outlaw survival kit and the warhorse? Because I tried multiple times to redeem the code but it says Everytime that it might be incorrect or expired! And this is indeed a new copy not a used one ! And I made sure that I put the code correctly.

Sounds like time to call ms and/or Rockstar

I second what Kormath said. Contact Rockstar about this because this is not something that should be happening. This is an unofficial fan forum so we can't help with issues like this.
