RDR Online Hunting PROBLEM

Has anyone noticed that after turning in over $10 of sales to the butcher, that not a single animal spawns afterwards?

 

This has happened twice, I rode around in 2 states, and haven't come across a single bird, rabbit or any animal whatsoever.  Quite fishy if you ask me. - almost as if they don't want people to profit from hunting.

Are you playing on a heavily populated server or? I mean I didn't spend much time online myself. Only a few hours cause I got mad but I noticed the once server I was on that seemed to have alot of people, there weren't nearly as many animals. Maybe other players are hunting too? Could be a glitch though. Might be worth telling Rockstar about it.
