Missing items weapons and %100 cımpletion

How can i find out what items and weapons i dont have to complete %100 and how can i know whats missing?

I have done all missions, challenges and unlocked everthing, got all clothes etc but I am %99 now and not going forward...

@WEREWOLF66 This is one thing I'm worried about. I know I still need 3 weapons, and that's really the only thing that I could've missed that's also a completion requirement.

I am at about 90% I think it was when I last checked. I heard people missing out over a few guns which is unfortunate. I plan to just go through the entire map and work my way up north or down south, and check every single area.
