Horse glitch

I purchased a norkota for 18 bars of gold when l start game horse cores are depleted. I feed to heal cores then if i start story or stranger misssion after load screens cores are depleted again costing alot to heal cores after each load screen. Even after stabled i can't heal horse or purchase yellow cores takes money but doesn't heal cores. I also have brindled thoroughbred   (18 bars) and a standardbread  (130 dollars)  neither of these horses have that problem. I would sell back but not for discard price. Anyone else experienced this problem and how can i fix this?

Not personally but a chap I play with says his horse's vitals keep depleting.  Definitely report to R* on RDO feedback.
