Rdr2 data deleted; is my online character deleted also?

So recently I transferred data from ps4 to ps4, and unfortunately did not back up my games causing it to be deleted permanently. Anyways besides having to start over again, will I also have to create a whole new online player again? I've only just started recently and finally reached level 30. The interesting thing is when I log onto my social club my created player is still there. Is it an indication of not having to start all over again? It correctly displays my level, horse, weapons, money etc. I would just like to know if I would have to restart or not since my character is in the social club with all the right information, despite the data being deleted. (Still have all the trophies)

I may be wrong but I think it is tied to your PSN account.  .....so as long as you login in under the same account, it should be there.

....but again, this is an assumption on my part.  If no one can confirm, you can always contact R* Support for the answer:
