I'm looking for laid back people to play with as well.  I mostly explore the map and hunt/fish and play a little poker.  I'll do a PvP event once in a while too.  I don't play as much as most, but i'm on after work for an hour or two and more during the weekend.  My game name is the same as my user name here.
