I'm trying to complete the taxidermy missions ( Huning Requests missions) and for some reason I went to Valentine Post office to find the paper to start the mission and I wasn't there and I try to go to the old lady's house and its not popping up on my map am I doing something wrong?

you have to complete all of the bounty missions in each town first, then you should see the hunting request poster.
