Horse breastplate?

How do I attach a lantern to the horse breastplate? Unlock says buy in stable, but I can't find it anywhere.

You set the Lantern up & saves it to your saddles.

To do this: Walk into the Stable /click Manage Owned Horses / select the Horse you want / click Saddles / click which Saddle you want to use (example Fletcher Saddle) / Here you will see a list of Saddle Accessories: Saddles bags, Stirrups, Bedrolls, Lanterns / Click Lanterns / Here you can apply the Lantern to the Saddle.
