I can't join friends sessions or invite them

Ok i am playing on ps4 having no problem loging in to the servers and the disconnection issue is very rare for me the problem is trying to join my friends it is impossible to do always getting an error message says unable to join , failed to retrieve session details fom the target player error 27140000 . And if i invited them to my session they get the exact same error.  do you guys have any suggestions ?   Rockstar support recommended a DSN change but it didn't work .

I don't have a solution for you but my suggestions would be to continue to follow up with R* Support.  Continue to proceed with their troubleshooting suggestions but be persistent and don't let them close the ticket if your issue remains unresolved.

Disable your VPN. I had Kaspersky VPN enabled. After disabling it I could connect.
