Lock Box At Elysian Pool

Can anyone tell me how to access the lock box under the wooden path bridge that goes over the stream ? Also the gold ingot that is on top of the waterfall under the rock , following the handwritten map , I can't seem to get it to let me access it . Do you have to be in a certain chapter ? I am currently in Rhodes with the Greys and the Braithwaites . Thanks , Dave
