Madam nazar

I was doing a mission with my friend. I stumbled upon madam nazar (I’ve never met her before I just got the game a few days ago) and it took me into a cutscene. I’ve researched more into being a collector and realised that I needed to do something after I met her but I didn’t do it... do I still try to find her? Have I lost the opportunity to become a collector?

All you have to do to become a collector is buy the "collector bag" from madam Nazar for 15 gold bars. 

She moves around the map every day or two.  You can find her and all collectibles with this map.

Her location is the red marker on that map.

She moves every 24 hrs, I've found, at the same time the daily challenges reset. Which is 7 am CET, or 1 am EST.

That's a handy map, though. I don't really want to use it to find the collectables, but just to check her location is very useful already. Now I no longer have to check that youtube channel from the guy who makes a video with her location every day.
