Missing moonshiner story mission?

So I noticed in someones video on youtube they had 5 story missions in their list to replay, (Unless they were showing the menu before they played them the first time while talking about replaying them, not sure.) but in his list "Blood is thicker than shine" was the first mission, in my list the first mission is "where there's smoke there's firewater"
Is that right or am I missing the Blood is thicker than firewater in my replay menu?
My thought was either you dont get to replay that one, OR maybe you need low honor for it to appear in the menu?

Do any of you have all 5 missions in your menu after you have completed them the first time?

I just checked. Max positive honor and can replay all five, including that one.
