Will we See More Flora and Fauna?

I've been wondering if we're going to see more plants and animals in RDR2?

 I really don't know how they would expand on the variety of animals, as it seems they had most species covered in the original, but I'm hoping they go big and expand greatly.

At the very least I hope there's not LESS variety than the original. As much as it sucked getting jumped by a cougar while trying to get your last Wild Feverfew, I would be upset if the predators didn't make it into the game. 

The survivalist challenges were a little tedious but there's a foundation there for a solid idea.

Not sure if you've seen any of the trailers but there is a vast array of predators, new and old.

The map is going to be bigger and there will be more terrain that is lush, not just bare desert. I am assuming we will see more of it. Possibly the option to mix different herbs to make our own concoctions.
