Sharpshooter 7 - 7 headshots not working

I've tried Buffalo to the face and can't get past 2.  I've tried humans and can't get past 2.

Is there some trick i don't know about?  I literally went up to a wagon with 2 people on it, deadeye, shot them both in the face at point blank range and still have 0 of 7.

I had this happen to me and didn't know what was wrong. I ended up trying again the next day and it worked. So I mean if it is still giving you issues, you could try reaching out to rockstar. I think in my case it was a save file issue that sorted itself out.

I have had issues with save files myself, especially after they had been sitting for awhile. I don't know why though. I even reached out to Rockstar and they had no solutions for me.
