Does it count as a leak if it comes from the official source, but unintentionally?

As spotted by Twitter user JakoMako51, some javascript on the official Rockstar Social Club website includes a reference to Red Dead Redemption 2 on PC.
Specifically, there is a short and simple, but very telling, snippet that reads "RDR2_PC_Accomplishments" in the file.
This, on its own, would be easy to dismiss. PC could stand for something else, right? However, the snippet is found right next to "RDR2_ PS4_Trophies". Same line, same syntax. This makes it a smoking gun.
Red Dead Redemption 2's alleged PC port has been "leak" in various forms several times over, including mentions in multiple portfolios belonging to former Rockstar employees, and even a video recording of what is claimed to be an in-game graphics option menu for the port.
Considering the success of the game, the interest it has generated and the obvious demand for it to be launched on PC, coupled with all of these leaks, it's almost certain at this point that it's coming - unless Rockstar cancels it to spite us all.
When do you think the PC port will be officially announced?
