  1. I'm going to say 'yes' because the state of PC gaming has changed in recent years. Although it's still a much smaller market, it's growing exponentially year over year. This is evident given the recent direction of Sony and Microsoft rushing to keep pace and compete with superior PC hardware, and the recent increase in manufacturers focusing development and innovation on hardware specifically targeted towards gaming, ie. Asus, MSI, EVGA, etc. Also, I don't know much about game development, and someone correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't "porting" console games much easier today given the similar x86 architecture now used in both consoles and PC's? I think even COD's most recent WWII port has been considered the most stable it's ever been, and that's saying a lot.

  2. I get where this is going, role-playing as an "entertainer" from the period. I like it! Would be nice if they had that sort of focus on creating little "packets" of content that you could dive into to focus on but if they did I suspect it would be a combination of what we'd like versus that they think we could afford, i.e: You want to be a cowboy and you've done nothing but bounties for the last 10 hours then you get access to cowboy items without having to buy shark cards. Fine being a cowboy is fun but instead you'd like to be known as the horse whisperer of the West so you focus on taming them all from Black Betty to Timid Timmy. You now get access to unique lassos (that can tame them ladies quicker than a mud monkey can eat a banana) after only 8 hours of breaking them - all again without having to buy buffalo cards. Things aren't swell and you always knew that you were never going to pick a profession...it's just too easy to swipe a horse, polish your six shooters and "visit" the local bank for your monthly wages (Betty Sue had better have your favourite produce available come Friday morning). 7 hours of these nasty acts will earn you access to the "It's mine otherwise I shoot you" store: No "weedle cards" required. To be honest I'd probably push the sale of these if I was a shareholder:

  3. Saloon Poon. Knowing Rockstar it will be in the game for sure. And I will love it.

  4. My man as a saloon temptress? Sign me up! On a side not, I could likely just make a female character but where is the fun with that?

  5. Yeah they likely will. It is a good way to get more DLC packages going. Just consider what they did with GTA and apply that to the Old West.

  6. I kind of want to make a female character under that name now. lol And yeah, this will more than likely be in the game just for humor. Thinking of what they did with GTA V online, I can see them putting this in. Maybe not right away but possible as some DLC content.
