I'm going to say 'yes' because the state of PC gaming has changed in recent years. Although it's still a much smaller market, it's growing exponentially year over year. This is evident given the recent direction of Sony and Microsoft rushing to keep pace and compete with superior PC hardware, and the recent increase in manufacturers focusing development and innovation on hardware specifically targeted towards gaming, ie. Asus, MSI, EVGA, etc.
Also, I don't know much about game development, and someone correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't "porting" console games much easier today given the similar x86 architecture now used in both consoles and PC's? I think even COD's most recent WWII port has been considered the most stable it's ever been, and that's saying a lot.
