FINALLY a fix for this horrible bug - turns out its deleting local files in profile and settings. Somehow something gets saved in the cloud that bugs your metal dectector, shovel, flowers, maps etc. Getting a new set of files for documents - profile and settings just fixed this for me. PC fix is 3:02 min into the video.1 point
