I can't imagine this is/was how camps are supposed to function, hope they'll sort it too, but at the moment this is a barrier to the experience... after a bit of hunting and it's getting late and you've found a beautiful spot with a view... you can't pitch up and sit by a fire, you might have a bag of meat but nothing to eat. At the moment though it still feels better to just keep going than to sit at camp with Cripps, who never says a thing. The only night the atmosphere lightened up a bit was when he played Strangers In The Night on his mouth organ...

Yes, thanks KRoW, for some reason I thought the Buckles were separate from the Awards, but I see them now. Hell for Leather II is not as impressive as it sounds, it's just the ride from Emerald Ranch to Braithwaite Manor. Oh well...

It really doesn't matter how much I try to plan an Open Race, one wrong turn, one collision, and I'm off-plan, running around like a headless chicken. I love them.

Anyone know if there's a list of Buckle Awards and qualifications? I know they're only cosmetic, but I have Hell For Leather II, it sounds good, but I haven't a clue...

I hope people realise these fish are spawning, it's what salmon do, then they beach and die. I just hope we don't deplete the fish stocks.

I was enjoying the Race Series until yesterday, when suddenly every Server had two or three characters constantly circling at the start, delaying the end for like 15 minutes. With no way to return to Free Roam the only alternative is to reboot the game entirely. Which I had to to loads of times last night. Thought I would give it a go today, same problem, now I'm watching a guy throw hundreds of sticks of dynamite (in a race that doesn't have dynamite pick-ups) at the two circling players at the start line. Looks like a hack. Reported for Cheating and Disruptive Behaviour. Don't know how effective that will be. Race just finished at 20 minutes. My time was 3 minutes 11 seconds. Can't do this for long... Next race has 7 players. 5 of them stayed at the start line, ambling about. I'll have to reboot, don't go into races till it's fixed, it's really frustrating.

This was happening to me at the weekend, but didn't happen at all yesterday, think they're fixing it. I found another bug, I have the free Arabian, worked him up for races and set him as default for racing. But I happened to be (role)playing around on my big Shire horse when I entered Race Series and turned up on the Shire! I looked such a fool on the big mare, at a race! Still won it though, which was even more satisfying, so I think I'll take her racing more often. It feels great punching someone out from up there, makes me feel safer, though she takes turns like a tank...
