not in single player. in single player i can save but it never crashes. online it has lots of connection problems, i always receive a message informing that i was disconnected due to problems on rockstar server, which it wouldn't be a big problem, but everytime they disconnect me i lose every pelt i had on my horse, everything! sometimes i even think that it's a rockstar scheme to avoid players to join in game money. competent online games never lose the point when the server disconnects the player, in alternative i should be able to manually save after i put the pelts on the horse, to be safe about this error. even 20 years ago i was able to restore the point of any multiplayer game, and in the last 6 years i've been playing elder scrolls online and i never ever lost any item on a server failure. this game is wonderful but utterly incompetent online.

this game really needs a way to save urgently. this is really stupid. i never saw such a stupidity in any game. this thing is happening all the time, and the worst is that i lose everything i did for hours because the stupid game doesn't have any way to save. the game is beautiful but still the worst online game i played since the late 90's.

i just read that it's definitively legal in Portugal, even on video games, but they have to request some kind of permission. that's just it. probably they didn't want to waste time with it for all countries, but since they don't make it harder to access, i don't care anyway. it's all good now

looks like it was the country after all the rockstar guys are crazy! they think that we can play poker for real money but not for virtual money. this is really retarded ...anyway, i changed my country in my account and it's solved, the poker appeared everywhere thanks a lot for the information

I'm in Portugal. but here everybody play poker. there's even poker on casinos and pubs... and the poker is working perfectly on the single player mode. poker is not forbidden in Portugal. I played poker on many many other online games.

oh damn! reached lvl 10 and no poker. looks like it's lvl 20, it'll take time. better forget it for now and return to the single player mode. that's sad. i was really expecting to be able to play poker right from the beginning of the game online

i tried to set a small camp on player menu or directly on the wheel menu, but when i click the place, the text starts flashing (like an error or something) and i get a message telling that it was set, but it never appear anywhere on the map. it's always available to set on menu, but it always results the same. anyway, if there's no need to rest online, then i'll just use the fire camps around to cook and craft.

the weird thing about the camp is that i had it in lvl 1 and not anymore after lvl 2 or 3.

yep. online. oh ok! i was just confused because in the first day i had a camp, then it disappeared, and there's an option on player menu but it doesn't work. the bigger problem is to cook. i was using that cam to cook on the day the game was released. i was expecting to be able to set a small camp to rest, cook and craft.

i lost my camp a few days ago and was never able to set it again. it seems bugged on my account. i'll have to check on post office. thanks btw... since i'm no longer able to set a camp i'm having some trouble finding a place to put the character to sleep. the hotels are also not available on level 7. will it appear to on 10?

what? really? O_o that's crazy. so i'll only be able to transport two big pelts at each time for the whole game while there's lot's of wagons around to take? O_o that's a huge disappointment.

i'm still on level 7 and i can't find a poker table anywhere online. i checked all places that i found on single player mode but there's nothing there. i saw some videos of online poker on console and the places are the same of single player. is there a level that i need to reach to get access the poker, do i need to do something before or is it some kind of extra dlc that i need to pay?

yes. Z and X is working. i don't know how i missed those, i clicked so many keys on the other side of keyboard that i end up missing that side anyway, it seems that rockstar forgot to include those keys on settings and the mouse is not working.

I think that the problem might be on my game. I just killed the legendary beaver, i went immediately to the tapper, and there's no pelt to sell, only the tooth. i can see the legendary pelt on the satchel and on the back of the horse, but it doesn't appear on the tapper. it probably only works on the horse, but i need to be on foot to talk to the tapper.

the only thing that appears on the key mapping related to it is "switch weapon firing mode" and it's set to 'B' as default, but it doesn't work either. it doesn't work on the wheel menu and not even directly hitting 'B'. i tried already to change it but doesn't solve, so, i'm using again the default keys just hoping a fix is released.

it doesn't seem to work that way on PC with keyboard and mouse, maybe it's an option only for controllers. i already saw tons of videos for console and it's ultra easy on a controller, but on keyboard and mouse it doesn't matter what key you use, i tried all the keyboard keys and even tried with the mouse pointer while i have the weapon selected on toggle but it never changes. i was really enjoying the hunt, but looks like i'll have to just do other stuff instead, until they fix it for keyboard or someone finds a way to do it.

anyone found out already how to change the ammunition type on PC? it seems easy and intuitive at first, like on consoles, by selecting the weapon and then changing using the keyboard arrows, but nothing happens. i've been buying lots and lots of ammunition types expecting to unlock it or something, all that different ammo appears on the circle menu but i can't find any way to change. i searched already on control settings but there's nothing there for it, i guess it might be some kind of secret key combination. any ideas?

i tried to find an answer for this on the forum but i didn't find exactly what i need to know. i just stole a wagon to an npc on the game and i want to keep it. do i really need to sell it or can i keep it? if i keep it will it disappear as all the stolen horses?

i tried both ways, like everybody affected with this bug on consoles. the good thing is that at least i have access to the related crafted items with this legendary pelt, i only lose the money, it's not a big problem, but i read some users that even lost the access to the crafted items. from now on i'll try to remember to save before the kill and sell it fast.

i understood now ...the only problem is that i can't find any way to sell the legendary pelt. it doesn't appear on my inventory in any tapper. meanwhile i searched and seems like a lot of players were already unable to sell legendary pelts on the console, so, looks like the game was really well ported to PC, we even got the same bugs

none of my maps are marked after completion, it's a mess. maybe there is an addon to fix it. i didn't search for addons yet, it's probably too soon to find fixes for this.

i noticed that, but even after i get the next map the previous one don't disappear, and the ones that don't led to other maps remain on the inventory, it's a confusion, and there's not even a way to mark the ones already done. i'm not sure if i'm doing something wrong or if it is just bad UI design.

how can we remove the old treasure maps already done? i tried space to discard like on the other items but it doesn't seem to work. is there any place where i can discard it?

ok. i got it. it's on buy not "craft" but i think that i've been traveling with the pelt for so long that i already messed up the game. i'm unable to sell it to the tapper but the items are available to buy, so , i can keep the legendary pelt and buy the stuff crafted with that same pelt
