I was reading that on the larger forum as well but wasn't sure the validity of it all.

That brings so many things to light why it took so long to get it because I was opportunistically killing every question mark thinking that I'll just get past the 48 minute cool down. Not knowing that I'll need another 72 hours until I get another one. Hell I thought that that doing a mission with Harriet in between the spawn times would alleviate the time....f m face in 💀! That's crazy!

I really look forward to seeing this come around. I wonder how close to the Undead will it be, it will it be like the cheat code in GTAO were all the NPCs have weapons?

I'm a huge fan of the game and I'm not going to stop playing it. The last DLC changed the game and I'm the type of player that likes to find the exact spawn locations of all the predators and ways to farm them... So that keeps me busy. I love it but I definitely play a few other titles like GTAO/Fallout 76 and a few others here and there.

One thing that's worked for me, was trying a different approach whole thing to find the most difficult of the legendary animals. It took me two weeks to find every animal but I've had them all, not without a ridiculous amount of angst and making the same mistake. My two most difficult animals to find were there Emerald Wolf and the Boar in Blue water Marsh, the Cogi Boar! What turned the tide for me was changing the approach by simply coming in from a different place. Sounds simple but it worked and now I'm able to spawn my toughest legendaries without a problem. For example, in O' Creagh's Run, I would repetitiously come up from Emerald Ranch and ride North and complete the circle around the lake in a clockwise motion and I'm certain I completed that cycle at least 300-500 times during the prescribed times. One of my crew mates mentioned he was able to get it to appear while he rode the train on his way into the area. From that point on, I came in from the East on the train tracks and it had been one of the most consistent spawns that I have. It worked out well. The same was for the Cogi Boar, I'd spawn into Lagras with hopes of getting either the Sun Gator and/or the Cogi Boar and I'd come from West and start at the southwestern most spawn spot on a clockwise path. Nothing. I then came from Van Horn and headed south on a counterclockwise route and nothing. I then spawned my came in Roanoke Ridge and travel from the northwestern most camp heading south and I got it to appear multiple times. Those were my last two but I really wish I would've done it sooner, it would've saved me a day or two in trying to find these things. Lastly, it's not that often that I would place my camp inside the same 'county' as the legendary animal. I would place it in the neighboring county. I hope this helps others out in completing some of these legendary hunts! I have 33/33 pelts as of a few weeks ago. Happy hunting!

Alright, I wanted to start this out by saying this method is made to save time hunting by hunting animals that give more products for Cripps to use and it isn't just me throwing carcasses in the wagon whole hunting. This method essentially shows the exact spawn location as well as a method that you can use to hunt panthers and cougars easily. It's basically an easy way to farm these animals. I'm hoping by posting this that it'll save you some time and it'll help you identify a pattern that'll aide you in hunting animals. The first video is from a live stream from my Twitch account and it gives some visuals to what I'll try and breakdown as best as possible so others can understand it easily. Prior to the update, I developed a method that allowed for players to use their hunting wagon and place it next to a static location where cougars/panthers/grizzlies were about to be killed by simply knowing they appeared in a exact location. The Naturalist DLC changed the spawn locations for a lot of the aforementioned predators and caused the spawn locations to be dynamic AND causing the ability for you to identify if it spawned, to be a lot more difficult. I went back into our 'lab' and tried to find ways to make it work again and I was successful in finding an easy to identify location for the Panther in Hennigan's Stead, panthers in southwest Scarlett Meadows and cougar spawn locations in Gaptooth Ridge, Cholla Springs, Rio Bravo, and North Tall Trees. I'm working on a video for each but you'll see the Scarlett Meadows Panther spawn in the video below. I'm so glad they fixed the animal spawns but I've noticed that at least 5 of my hunting spots for cougar and panther aren't spawning like they used to. I've found one Grizzly in South Tall Trees but no cougar. The same for North tall trees. My panther spawn in the bayou and in Southern Scarlett Meadows isn't working either. I'm gonna keep digging but it's definitely a little off-putting. Maybe they moved them like they did with the Chrome Dubstas in GTAO after the major update 🤷🏾‍♂️ Good luck out there!
