Hahah yes.. only hunting and fishing and walk dogs in passive mode...;-) indeed the blip thing can change from my perspective.. but i do have o say.. it has always been like this in every rockstar game.. so im not surprised about it.

Funny, i had the same thing with the legendary beaver.. it floated off in the river after killing it.. i was about to do the same thing (reloading from few minutes before), because i couldnt pick it up or skin it.. but a few seconds later i saw the yellow paw mark appear in the same river just a bit down the stream. there i could pick it up from the bottom of the river take it to land dropped and skinned it.. but now u are saying it left you with 2 pelts after reloading a previous save.. that means you can glitch it and take as much legendary beaver pelts as you like i guess by killing it and not skin and just load to the save you made before that. it works the same with gold bars.. im gonna try it with legendary pelts.

i had a same type of issue, couldnt pick it up.. but after i restarted the game yesterday the gun was in my weapon wheel anyways

Just a fair estimate.. And no i havent got that, because i dont gallop everywhere at the fastest pace... i actually trot like 75% of the time to find animals i didnt discover yet, for sidemissions or other items. this game is not the one to be rushed and even punishes you when you try

over 90 % of people think RDR2 is great.. and here's a guy telling it should be as he wishes.. allways top speed with a horse no stamina whatsoever.. im actually glad its not to your liking
