I am on a ps4Pro with 55” LG C6 OLED. Same problem. But not as bad as some of the pics I’ve seen posted!!! (Ross101, that looks WAY worse than what I’m seeing.)

I'm not seeing pixelated fuzz, I’m not seeing motion stutter, tearing or latency... just blurry sometimes.

And at different distances like it doesn’t know where to focus..

Uncharted 4 in 4K hdr looks better than this... (clarity and HDR-wise)

Rockstar you need to acknowledge this openly. Because all the footage I saw that was supposed to be PS4 pro before launch looked a LOT better.

this isn’t good for Sony. And it’s just kinda underhanded feeling from them and R*.

Im pretty disappointed.

That picture I posted isn’t what it’s lkke all the time it’s intermittent which is even more stranger

Maybe read the headline this is about the extreme noise on the PS4 Pro ..it even says PS4 Pro in the title ….we know that the Xbox One X version is fine already.

Salty reaction not really necessary .. Read the headline, knew the subject, xbox mentioned throughout, added my say .. pull your neck salty boy ....

Best solution is to run it on a smaller screen ... I switched to my 28 inch 4K monitor and it’s not as bad but they need to come up with a better solution it’s almost to the point of completely unacceptable

I just changed it to 1080p on the ps settings and runs fine still looks sharp as the tv upscales to 4k anyway

some people don't like motion blur, some people don't like depth of field, some people don't like hight levels of a bad anti aliasing, and some people hate when they are all together making 4k screens look hd screens, people like me.

I didn’t pay nearly 2 grand on a tv to play in 1080p 🤣

The answer is rockstar need to fix it and quick

the longer they leave it the more disinterested I am getting in it I’m actually thinking of shelving it until they fix it

theyve spent 8 years making this there’s no excuse

If the game won't allow it, then you have no choice, regardless off what you spent, did the same, but I also bought a monitor that suits the game world rather than the media world

It's just pointless we all know that this is not a problem on Xbox One X because it is native 4k.  Not salty it's just not productive and only creates a forum of mixed reactions when we want to see quick fixes.

I’m not even kidding. It’s affecting my vision. I’ve always had perfect vision and after playing for an hour I’m having a hard time focusing. I’m sure it will be fine...

but after watching 4K for over a year... my eyes are used to focusing in on games and my brain is trying to force it into focus...

we need to get a petition. If I can’t get a patch to make it at least a little better... then I want my money back. This is utter BS.

saying that well the PS4 can’t do true native is BS because if I put in uncharted 4 it looks lightyears better... and that is sad.

i would trade polygon count and/or detail to just have it F’ing FOCUS!!!

Ok so Iv played all day and Iv come to some conclusions

the blur is defiantly not constant and I believe it is dependant on a number of factors such as lighting

I find that a lot of times I get blurry images is in buildings and it’s normally background images (il attach an example)

i believe this is due to a depth of field issue and that the focus is on the player and not the background causing the blur (I believe this to be separate to the serious intermitant blurring I was having)

i have seen people suggest don’t turn the automatic settings on for resolution I have mine set at 4K yuv

if anyone else has any theories let me know but as of now I find it playable and at times gorgeous but I have just accepted the intermitant blur

Seen a couple of them that second solution with the brightness settings is silly it’s nothing to do with that

i wonder if it’s also a texture loading issue

Everyone needs to reach out to Rockstar whether it's on twitter or their official support page. The only way they are going to hear us is if we make enough noise.

do you think sony can help us?

I think all I can really do is wait for a patch I've tried nearly everything including reinstalling the game and messing with the tv settings

i think your problem is with motion blur, the biggest issue is with the ps4 pro and not with the standard ps4,

It sounds like the exact same problem the pro is having though, washed out hdr and textures that aren't that far away look extremely blurred
