For those that have done it successfully could you tell me what you did? The 2nd deer, I just slowly followed the trail to where the deer is, and I got close enough with the bow and I got it. If you hold the bow way to long, you will struggle and miss. Get into position far enough away, but not to far, draw your bow, and make a simple clean kill. Don't over complicate the shot, or you will miss. Also, don't try and kill the bear towards the end of the mission, you won't kill it, and it will most likely kill you because it's wicked fast.
