Q about perks

I’ve got two trinkets made. One with a Lion claw and one from a Legendary Coyote, yet all my perks in the “player” menu is empty. I can see the trinkets in my inventory, though.

I assumed this was just some passive effect. I also made the one with the Lion claw, but I never thought anything of it really... I'll try to remember to look into it later.

(I also didn't know there was a place to view your perks...)

Instead of player overall, look in the separate health/stamina/dead eye subsections.  . That's where they are.
