equipping knife & tomahawk ?

I've found a few different knives and tomahawks in my travels. I'm able to read about but not change which one is equipped.

Anyone have any tips on how to go about this? It seems like I still have for the regular knife even though I see a couple others in my commendations menu. The tomahawks will equip the latest one I've found, I can't seem to switch them out.

Have you tried equipping them while on your horse

I'll try this, I did notice while off the horse there is only 1 option, not the 3 I've found.

You change you knives the same way you save your ammo, except from the pirate sword which you change like other weapons.
