Did any of y’all find that guy skimming stones in the dakota river as arthur? after finishing the game, if you head there as john, you find out he has married lily-may but he hated the marriage, saying that john reminded him of a man a few years ago who told him to talk to her... If you chose the nice route with him, that’s arthur. He then says arthur ruined his life, which seems very harsh, as arthur was just trying to help. Sadly, John doesn’t realise its arthur, and so he doesn’t say the news to the guy

I didn't know about this. Going to have to go check it out. Do you know what happens if you went with the dark side instead? I think I ended up being a bit of a villain in this game. lol

It's just one of those things, like the one-armed Vet in Valentine - it's nothing special, just a nice reference back to the early part of the game once you're in the end game.
