SimpleMan Posted November 15, 2018 Author Share Posted November 15, 2018 Seriously, lol ... That was the first place I went, it had a lock and said currently out of stock. So, I came back another day, same. I tried every fence, same. I tried search engines, forums, etc... Finally I got a response from R* support. The game locks dynamite after completion.
