After Story gameplay

After completing the entire story I have been unable to obtain dynamite and have found no information on why. Please help

Buy it from the fence in Saint Denis? I'm almost certain I've purchased some after beating the whole story.

Seriously, lol ... That was the first place I went, it had a lock and said currently out of stock. So, I came back another day, same. I tried every fence, same. I tried search engines, forums, etc... Finally I got a response from R* support. The game locks dynamite after completion. However, it can still be obtained from gang members.
