End of the game. (SPOILER)

Anyone else get misty eyed at the end of the game? DO NOT READ IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SPOILED!!!!

When my horse dies and Arthur kneels down to it and whispers "thank you" into it's ear. Not ashamed to admit I got a little misty eyed. My ending was I chose to help John escape instead of going back for the money. And eventually I fight Micah and he shoots me in the head. How many other endings are there? I'm going to miss Arthur. I really liked him.

Same result, different ways of reaching kind of thing.  Arthur dies everytime.  What happens beyond that varies.

So I assume the choices to change the ending go beyond just the either help John escape or go back for the money?I'm going to load an earlier save and choose to go back for the money this time. Was just curious how many more endings there were besides those two.

I help John, fight Micah, then Dutch shows ,Micah dont shoot me and i die peacefully looking onto the sun. I dont know it sure but i thing this is the best ending.

In mine I choose to help John, wind up fighting Micah, Dutch shows up, try to convince Dutch Micah is a rat, Dutch walks away and Micah shoots me in the head.

I'm curious how if you choose to help John like I did how come Micah shoots me but not you. Guess I'm a crap fighter. Lol

It's honour dependent, if you help John and have a high enough honour Micah just leaves as Dutch basically rejects him.

Ahh gotcha. Yea I was a real horrible person this play through. Lol. I'll be good on my next one.

There are only two endings, unfortunately. Helping John escape in my opinion was the best ending of the game, rather than going for the money. "Be loyal to what matters."
