Shop Robbery - Valentine Doctor's Office

I went in there, shot up the place got the gun and money and left and outran the law but still got a bounty despite wearing a mask.  

Yet it's always open in my list.  Is this a bug or can I get as many pistols out of that room as I want by continually going back?  Is there a way to actually finish this mission?

PS: Is there a way to sell weapons?  I tried at the gunsmith but don't have an option to sell guns.

It's the same for me. I went back to rob him again but the option of robbing the back room isn't there.

Then how can it be the same?  I can rob the back room a million times, over and over, it's like a money pit.  I wonder if it's a bug or will it get removed from list active list if I do it correctly.  Am I doing something wrong to not finish the mission?  I even watched a YT and followed it perfectly and it's still available to do.

Seems like something is being overlooked here. I ran into this a few times with different missions and it turned out I was missing something or didn't complete something.

That's what I'd like to know.  I can't open the back door, I can look out it sometimes and others not.  I can listen to the backdoor from outside.  I can take the money and the gun every time too.  So now I have a collections of those pistols.  I have no idea what I'm missing.  I even have the guide but all it says it's a mission, big whoop.

Thanks, so really this is a bug with a way to earn money and get guns.  Is there a way to sell guns?  I can't seem to figure out how.

I agree it would be sweet if you could sell weapons, I kill people all the time and they drop all sorts of revolvers, rifles, etc...I seem to have 1-2 of everything they drop but it would be cool if you could collect them and sell them at the gunsmith or the fence.
