Horse bonding stops

I have 2 bays in a stable

I bought the brush multiple saddles I have 2 horses

 Both horses bonding level will not increase one stopped at level 2 One is still in level 1

This is happening to multiple people

Sometimes if you kill the horse and then start the next mission after the mission the horse level will start going up and then stop again

There is some bug here.  Every time I increased my bond it said Level 1 on screen, aver the right level in menu.  Even after I got it to level 4 it still said after a while, level 1 achieved.  On menu it now says level 4, but diagrammatically puts 1.  No idea what level my horse at!

Same, also there is something suuuuper off with the handling of the horses. I've only ever hit a tree maybe 2 or 3 times in SP, but in MP, my horse will run sideways like as if it's spooked but there's no threat anywhere, or trying to cross a narrow bridge, he will swerve at the last second. Can't count how many trees and posts I've hit.

Yeah, they're weird.  Just had my horse kick another player (that was quite funny) because he got too close- but was totally unable to calm him until I rode him for a bit - calm and pat did nothing at all.

i keep seeing level 1 on screen ever time it pops up and in player under horse info it stays level 1
