Where to find the klan?

I didn't know about the klan in the game, where can they be found?

I think it’s partly random. I ran into my first encounter at night in the woods fairly close to valentine. I met them again a while later, but since they’re not really that important, I wasn’t too fussed about tracking them down.

Both times i saw them was in the woods just across the border from New Hanover into Lemoyne in Scarlett Meadows, the woods that run along the edge of Flat Iron Lake,  evening/night is when you'll see them.

I saw them near Strawberry.
