Marko Dragic's 3rd mission won't spawn

I completed part 2 of "A Bright Bouncing Boy" a while back and the 3rd mission never spawned for me. Anyone else have this problem?

I beat the first 2 missions as Arthur, now I'm John in Epilogue 2 and still no mission spawn.

As far as I am aware there is no third mission mark on your map. You have to go back to his lab to start the next mission.

I can confirm, there is no mark on your map, you have to go back by yourself to finish the 3rd mission.

Count me as a third confirmation. lol

Once you head back everything continues. I know some of these missions aren't very clear but almost anytime you seem stuck, just head back to the previous spot.
