Showdowns - Ammo question

I've been spending most of my time in showdowns, and I haven't found a way to re-up my ammo without going into freeroam and riding to a post office. This is VERY annoying. Is there a way to re-up without going into freeroam?

When you go back to the lobby menu there is an option called purchases that allows you to buy ammo

I think they should have been more clear on smaller aspects of the game like this. It seems like a lot of people are having trouble finding things online. I too didn't know about this for the first few weeks!

Agreed - there tons of stuff they didn't explain, and I bet there's still loads left for me to figure out.
