Can you break down big fish?

It gives the option when a Muskie is on my horse, but it does nothing?  Is this a glitch, or same for everyone?

I've had that too, it doesn't always appear as an option, but when it does it doesn't work. It's a problem that one big fish is the limit from a cash perspective. I once ran all the way from the swamp up to Rhodes carrying a big Catfish with one on the horse, Not worth it. The only good spot for big fish I've found is near the butcher in Blackwater because of the carry distance, but that carries a risk, obvs.

If the breakdown worked I wouldn't have to throw so many back. Hopefully it's a bug they'll fix.

Same problem here, can’t break down fish from horse inventory. The button is there, but is doing nothing on PS4.
