Beating up Anders Anderson

Is there an easy way to do this without getting hit by him? I have looked online and saw a few diff ways so I though I would pose the question to the experts 😀

It’s pretty tedious to get a gold on this mission as there’s a time limit, and plenty of people to fight before you get to the end boss fight. 

Basic advice I saw was to concentrate on defence and work on combo attacks in retaliation. It didn’t work out for me, and I couldn’t be bothered to replay the whole mission just to fail again, so I did the minimum to get the mission done.
